Terms & Conditions Starbuck66 — Read Before Registering

1Member Eligibility

To register and use starbuck66 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Is a legally eligible individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or betting ban enforced by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity without written authorisation from starbuck66.
• Not located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is fully prohibited under local law.

Starbuck66 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or termination.

2Account Registration

The starbuck66 account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to registration:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, email address, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Starbuck66 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to the starbuck66 support team immediately via email at support@starbuck66.net.

Starbuck66 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on starbuck66 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (Transfer & QR)
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after bank confirmation.
• Starbuck66 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification (KYC).
• Starbuck66 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for up to 5 business days during the security review process.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

4Bonus & Promotions

Starbuck66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• First deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback are subject to wagering requirement which vary depending on the type of promotion.
• The standard wagering requirement at starbuck66 is between 5x to 20x bonus value, as stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid only within the specified validity period — any expired bonus will be forfeited automatically.
• Each member is entitled to claim each promotion type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Starbuck66 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse or attempts to exploit the promotions system.
• The referral bonus will only be credited after the referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit.

5Game Rules

All games on starbuck66 — including Lottery, Blackjack, Roulette, slots, live sports such as Badminton and Malaysia Super League football, and e-sports — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.
• Starbuck66 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been independently audited to ensure the fairness of every game.
• For live sports events, results are determined by what actually happens during the match. Any match that is postponed, cancelled, or declared void by the organiser will be handled in accordance with the applicable starbuck66 Sports Betting rules.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Starbuck66 reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where a significant technical error or system disruption occurs during gameplay.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, members may submit a complaint to the starbuck66 support team within 48 hours after the event has taken place. Starbuck66's decision on such matters is final.

6Member Conduct

Starbuck66 members are required to conduct themselves with respect and integrity at all times while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion — colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud — using false information, fraudulent documents, or another person's identity during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering — using the starbuck66 platform to conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Disruption — harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards support staff or other members.
• System exploitation — exploiting technical glitches, system vulnerabilities, or odds calculation errors in an unethical manner.
• Payment fraud — making a withdrawal using a payment method that does not belong to you.

Starbuck66 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behaviour. If a violation of any of the above rules is confirmed, the account will be terminated immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation.

7Account Termination

A starbuck66 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request — You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.
• Breach of Terms & Conditions — Starbuck66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of any rules set out in this document, without prior notice.
• Identity verification failed — Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period will be suspended until verification is complete, or terminated if no cooperation is received.
• Inactive — Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be charged an inactivity management fee of RM 5 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Starbuck66 is not liable for any losses arising from account termination resulting from a breach of terms by the member themselves.

8Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, starbuck66 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, user device issues, or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the starbuck66 platform.
• Failure by third parties including game software providers, payment providers, or external technical infrastructure.

Starbuck66's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within 30 days before a liability claim may arise.

9Data Privacy

Starbuck66 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by Privacy Policy separate starbuck66.

• The personal data you provide will be used solely for account management, transaction processing, and service-related communications.
• Starbuck66 will not sell, rent, or share members' personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request corrections to any inaccurate data.
• Cookies on the starbuck66 platform are used to enhance the user experience and are managed in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

10Amendments to Terms

• Your continued use of the starbuck66 platform after any changes are published will be taken as your acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation before being referred to the relevant tribunal or court.
